I drag iPhone 4 videos into my iTunes and iPhone6+ photo folder, but nothing happens. Why?

I drag iphone 4 videos into my itunes and iphone6+ photo folder, but nothing happens.

I am dragging .mpg video files that were shot with my iphone 4s from my Windows desktop to iTunes. I tried dragging and dropping directly to the iphone icon.

Sync the device to iTunes.
