i dont have icloud but someone used my email to access. how do i find out more/stop it

I was notified via email that someone used my email to log into Icloud. As far as I know, I don't have Icloud. How do I find out more and/or stop it?

What do you mean you don't have iCloud? if you have an Apple ID you have iCloud. You may not use it but you still have it. The first thing you need to do change your Apple ID's password. Don't click any link on the email as it can be phishing, virus or spam. go straight to https://appleid.apple.com/ and change the password there.
