I don't have an option to enable my iMessage or FaceTime since the IOS9 update.

Whenever I tap messages I don't have the options to enable or disable iMessage I have an iPad Air. How do I fix this?

It's in Settings > iMessage. There is no option to enable/disable this from the stock Messages app
