I know this. I wasn’t happy with 13 pro. 14 pro much better

I have the 13 Pro and just got the 14 PM (love it!!). Just curious what you didn’t like with the 13 Pro? I always felt it’s an awesome phone.

I’m curious too. I love my 13 PMs and I wonder what you didn’t like about them. I know the 14 Pro has better cameras and better battery life but I’m still very pleased.

Issues with messaging was an issue and the battery health was not up to par on the length that I actually owned the phone.

The 14s are great, but from managing this stuff at scale (200 in MDM) I cannot find any faults with past few years' models that pass Apple's diagnostics. It can be a real bother but at times the fix for what you mention is a start fresh vs a migration from device to device or backups.

All of these carriers suck anymore I get the same thing at T-Mobile so don't feel bad. I always video my trade in device in case they say there is a problem with my device.
