It requires 5.6 GB and I have 5.1. So I bought 200 GB. It still says it can't install. Not enough storage. I don't understand.

It's physical storage on your device, not iCloud... you can't add to your device...

You need to delete music, video, and perhaps some apps to free up space - install the update, then re-sync to reinstall apps and put back what was deleted.

Cloud storage doesn't work for installing updates. You will have to plug it into your computer and do the update through iTunes, that uses less space.
