I cloud and pages

I have mac running 10.7.3

an iPad and a iPhone

I have pages on all of them. the mac will not sync, only the iPad and iPhone sync,

I asked about this a file back and wanted to see if there was a fix.

does anyone else use pages and have it work on your mac ?

don't see the benefit to iCloud, everything seems quirky, is it me ???

All I can say is for you to double-check your setup. My MacBook, iPad 2 and iPhone 4S all sync with each other without any problems.

you have all 3 working ??

when you open pages on your mac you have the same page with the updated documents ?

when you save a doc on your mac it syncs to your iPad ?

i really need this to work, its killing me having to use email all the time.

can you tell me how you set it up ?

All I did was setup iCloud on my devices and everything syncs. I have no problems syncing my documents. Reading information found at the link below may help you with your situation.

where do your synced documents go on your mac ?

I dont think the desktop pages syncs with iCloud,you have t go to iCloud.com and click on iWork. that is what i do

You can synch between them, because I've run into this problem with my Mac, iPad, and iPhone too. But you for 1 have to save them to a specific folder on the Mac and 2. When you save them there it throws a whole new document up to your iOS devices

I save my file on my Mac; then go to iCloud.com and upload the file and then it pushes it to all my devices.

I haven't really checked to see whether or not when I change it on a mobile device if it saves the changes on the Mac version.

It depends on which generation you have, only the 1st gen will not support it.
