I cant tweet or retweet. How can I fix this?

I tried logging out and in, but it didnt work. I tried tweeting and retweeting with my iPhone, iPad and laptop, but it also didnt work. I refreshed the page too and it didnt work. Help please

Try using a web browser on computer... otherwise, you'll need to contact Twitter support.
