I can't restore my iPad?

I have permanently disabled my iPad and tried to restore it by putting into recovery mode and connecting to iTunes however it came up on iTunes and I pressed restore and it took about half an hour until it said it was finished and the iPad turned back on but it still say it is disabled??

First of all, make sure that you’re running the latest version if iTunes. Then, just put your device in DFU mode and connect it to your computer/iTunes. It will download the latest iOS and install it for you. Good luck.
