I can't install any music on my IPhone 6

Hello,
I can't install music from my computer to the IPhone. I got 1 Album in my IPhone but it cannot be delated! Also when i try to import music from computer it does nothing!
I got IOS 9.3.2
Please help!

1.Go to https://itunes.com/soi-remove.
Click Remove Album to confirm you'd like to remove the album from your account.
Sign in with the Apple ID and password you use to buy from the iTunes Store.
You'll see a confirmation message that the album has been removed from your account.
