I Cannot track my order via the confirmation email. Help.

Got email confirmation that an order I placed was shipped ,when I went to touch tracking number nothing happened ,could not get any info.
When I try to get receives that were e mailed can not get the ingredient s to cone up ,can you tell me what to do.

Call the company you ordered from and verify it with them.

How long has it been since you received that email with a tracking number? Sometimes what happens is a packing slip is generated with a tracking number but it doesn't necessarily mean it has been picked up by the shipping company and left the warehouse yet. When they pick up the box, they scan the bar code and from there you start to see where your item is.
