I am trying to transfer my playlist from an old nano to new windows 8.1 How

I have an old nano 4th or 5th gen and want to install my old playlist on my new computer. I am also having trouble as I have a newer E-mail address and seem to still have an account at my old E-mail address and have created passwords for both but can only log in using my old E-mail address.

Via iTunes on your new computer, sign in via the old Apple ID and passcode. Afterwards, connect your iPod Nano to that computer, and when iTunes recognizes it, transfer purchases to your new computer and then sync your music and playlists.
