I am trying to export my photos and videos from iphone to my computer

My photos are exporting to my PC just fine. My videos are not, it keeps saying error. How can I export my videos ?

How exactly are you "exporting" them? If you have iCloud Photo Library configured on your iPhone and PC, the videos will sync.
