Here is how to restart your device (see link below). If that does not work, could you provide a little more detail of your problem? Is this only happen on W-Fi? Do you notice this happening after using a particular app/feature?

If that does not work go into settings and then general. Scroll to reset and reset you network settings, The only thing you will need to do after that is reestablish your WIFI.
