After being an Android user for nearly 8 years, I decided to use my T Mobile Jump today and ordered a Product Red 128 gig iPhone XR! I am trading in my trusty LG V30 which has been flawless (this is my third V series LG). I definitely will miss the headphone jack with the quad DAC and the wide angle camera, but after messing around with the XR for awhile I decided to go for it. It absolutely felt luxurious in the hand and the system fluidity and the look of it just got me AND I did not have to spend 1000 bucks! I figured I have 30 days until my V30 has to be sent back I will have 14 days with the XR to see if I can live with it. Now I will just see how it goes and I am really excited to try something new!

Nice! I got the exact same color and storage myself. Enjoy your new iPhone XR! :D

Well I have my new shiny Product Red iPhone XR. It is really a beautiful phone. So the camera is great and it is very smooth. It took me awhile to get it set up. The Android to iOS app did not work, so I set it up as a new phone. There are a few irritations: I do not care for the Photos app at all. I do not like that photos are listed oldest first. I solved that by using Google Photos. The settings app is a bit of a mess. I have figured it out but It wish when you exited it that it would default back to the first settings menu page. I also downloaded the Google Gboard keyboard as I am used to swiping. These are quibbles though so really it is so far so good. The controversy over the LCD display is way over blown and it is actually quite a lovely display.

I go back and forth between the two but it's always apple being the go to device for me. The apps work better and iMessage is far superior than what android has to offer plus updates go to everyone for years no just two or three years. I also run beta on all of my Apple devices which is a bonus in my opinion.
