I’m sorry, but this is ridiculous. I understand why some people are irked when buying an iPhone that did not come with the charging block, but not to the degree of government intervention.

If they’re so eager to get involved in something like this then why not go after car manufacturers for withholding certain capabilities unless customers fork over additional money, especially when the vehicles tend to cost more than an iPhone?
