How to turn off dictation language display text balloon

Hi all, anyone knows if it is possible to get rid of the microphone image that pops up all the time? It really annoys me cause if you use multiple languages it adds the current language in the text balloon making it impossible to read the line above. Drives me crazy when using Duolingo.
