How to transfer photos with location included to iPhone?

Hello, my name is Nat.

I just got back from a trip in the UK and had all these photos in my iPhone X.
I turn on location service for the Camera App, so every photo was taken with the location tagged on them.

But my iPhone X broke, so I imported all photos to my mac. In the photo app in my mac, all the photos are still with their location tags.

Now that I got a new iPhone, I transferred them all by air-dropping from my mac to my iPhone. But every photo lost it's location tag. It doesn't show where the photo was taken.

Is there anyway to transfer the photos from my mac to my iPhone that still keep the location tags to show on my iPhone photo app as well?
