How to transfer photo from picasa to iCloud

I have lots of pictures in Google picasa and would like to transfer to iCloud. Also how to scan all the old pictures directly to iCloud

You cannot "scan" all the old pics directly to iCloud. Having said that, you can download the pics that are in Picasa and upload them directly to iCloud by logging in to the iCloud website.
