in home screen , there is no option. it showing "hello" in deferent languages. can't do anything. can't to restart or shut off. before this happen, i switch on iphone > it updated > .

At this point, it appears you've updated your iPhone via iTunes by selecting to restore & update. Go ahead and select the language and then make your selections according to the subsequent prompts. If you're prompted to set up as new or restore from a backup, select top restore from the backup I hope you made prior to updating.
