How to Save an enlarged photo on iPad air 8.1.1 ?

When I open photos and select a particular picture, can I enlarge the photo and save it enlarged?.

Welcome to iMore! What do you mean? You enlarge them when you tap on them. That's how it works. Maybe I misunderstand. Do you mean to use as a background wallpaper?

I'm not quite sure what you mean either, but maybe you want a cropped photo? If so, when viewing the picture, tap Edit, select the crop tool and select the area you want and then save the image.
