how to reset iCloud password on my PC & iPhone?

as whenever I try to delete an unwanted programme, my PC & iPhone keep asking me for the iCloud password, which I think is same as Apple password.Help me please.

The only thing we can recommend is that you recall the passcode and then enter it when prompted. You can try the forgot password option via the iCloud website.
