How to remove an unofficial front panel assembly cable bracket? (iPhone 6)

I

iMore Question

I got my iPhone 6 screen repaired at a local store, however, when they replaced the screen they managed to snap the proximity sensor cable. They will not fix this for free, so I'm doing it myself (as I have many times in the past). I am definitely no technical savvy person so I need some help!

However, upon opening my phone, it seems they have replaced the front panel assembly cable bracket with a security seal. After unscrewing it, the bracket stays stuck to the phone. If I try and pull it off, the parts further down the phone also move, so I don't really want to do that.

I can't work out how you remove this... Any help would be great.

Check out a tear down video from the ifixit.com website. That should prove helpful to you, in my opinion...:)
