How to not let an incoming caller know you are already on another call?

Suppose I am on a call & I get another incoming call(call waiting is activated),is there some way for the new incoming caller to not know that I'm already on another call..or some application which will not let the new caller know I'm on another call

How would they know it just rings and goes to vm if u don't answer
