How to manage 'do not disturb' messages when I have no idea which ones I did it to? Messages deleted

So I had some messages and thread on do not disturb but all my messages are now deleted. I wanted to know if there was anyway for me to view a list of all the messages I manually put on 'do not disturb' or if there's a way I can just reset the 'do not disturb so they are all off!? Help please ... I do not remember which ones they were since my messages are deleted and some numbers weren't saved but I know they will still remain on 'do not disturb'

Do Not Disturb only mutes the notifications.
If someone sends you or that group a text, you can tap the (i) and see if DnD is enabled for that person or group.

There is currently no way, which I know of, to disable DnD for all iMessages

Since you may not get a notification for those in question, you'll need to check your messages frequently, until it's straightened out.
