There are numerous unit conversion apps in the App Store for you to choose from. Simply enter unit conversion in the App Store’s search field and then take your pick.

As mentioned there are many apps you can download that will do the job or you can simply ask Siri to convert in plain speech and she will voice and display the conversion for you

Force Touch is technically able to do this, but I highly recommend against it.
