How to leave the developers beta on my iPhone ?

Actually my iPhone 6s is on a developer beta (not the public beta)
and my watch series 2 is on regular everybody update.
So will I receive iOS regular update for my watch if my phone is on developer beta ?
And how to get my iPhone back to regular update ?

Go to Settings → General → Profile → iOS Beta Profile Software, and then select "Delete Profile".
