How to install QuickType on iPhone 5?

I had QuickType on my iPhone and all of a sudden it disappeared. What happened?

If you had the app, but don't see it, it may be in a folder somewhere on your screen.
If the keyboard is gone from your keyboard options, go to Settings >General >Keyboard > add it back.
Mine drop off sometimes and I have to go to Settings and do that.
