how to install ipa

hi i just bought new iphone 5 , i was wondering that is there a way to install ipa without jailbreaking it..

Why not just use the App Store?

Just drag the IPA into iTunes.

When i drag n drop app doesnt install it says fails to install.....my phone is not jailbreaked so can i install cracked app directly using itunes ??
