How to I delete my jailbreak before upgrading to the 6?

Im still jailbroken on my 5s and am waiting for my 6 to arrive. My question is since there is no jailbreak for the 6 or ios 8 yet (if ever) how to I delete my jailbreak so it isnt taking up so much storage space in order for me to have a good backup? Id hate to install a backup that has all my cydia data and apps taking up valuable storage space. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Install ilex rat and remove all tweak and associated files. Then back up.

Or restore set up as new and lose everything.
