how to get via iOS

I want to see the via iOS on my facebook. Or should I take my phone to the store I bought it then they will do it for me. It's frustrating me. I thought it's supposed to happen automatically

That has nothing to do with your phone... it's all in Facebook's hands - and their app. The store folks can't help you... nor can we.

To upload a photo via iOS, go to the camera roll and tap a photo. Then tap the share arrow. Choose Facebook. Upload photo. It should go in as iOS.

I assume you're referring to a 'signature' that states "via iOS". Is that a safe assumption?
