How to get feedback to Apple TV app devs?

So I noticed the recent (September 11th) update to Disney Plus for Apple TV boxes implemented a half baked update to the new Apple TV playback UI and has a TON of bugs. Is there some way to get feedback to the app devs on what's going on and hopefully get people to post reviews to prompt them to fix asap? Normally you'd just post a review of an app from your phone etc and good devs will respond, but you can't actually write a review for AppleTV apps. It's so bad I'm probably going to have to use my LG app on my TV until they fix it.
