I have lag issues on my iPad mini. I headed over to apple support service to resolve the same issue and they suggested me to do backup and restore. I have few games installed on my device which are above 1gb in size. I backed up my device using iCloud, the size was only 17 mb. So i want to know that when i will restore from this backup after reset, will i get all those big sized apps back or i have to redownload those gb's of data again?

Are you using a computer and iTunes?

When you do a full back-up and restore of a device, user data, settings, app data etc. is what gets "backed up"....everything else is handled via syncing... Apps, music, TV shows, etc. if your apps are current in your iTunes library on computer, those will sync and not have to be downloaded.
