How to delete everything from iTunes?

I want to delete all my music from I Tunes and start fresh.I am having trouble with deleting music and when I do it comes back.I just got a new computer and I'm trying to erase all my music from I tunes and start anew. Please help

Disable iCloud Music Library in iTunes and delete the rest of your music by selecting them all and hitting delete button.
