How to delete an app on icloud that isn't working, and re-download it?

Hi everyone, I have a very tricky question, how do I delete an app on icloud which is ( Tinder ) that is currently not working on my ipad and iphone so then I can re-download it with a fresh new install and hopefully it will work.
please help me

Do you mean remove it from your iPad? Press and hold the icon until it giggles and then press the "x" to delete. FYI: I've read that the Tinder app is having issues.
