Hi, I blocked someone on Facebook Messenger but when I click in the search box they still come up in the people icons underneath the search bar. I have tried all the other methods, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still comes up. I disconnected the messenger through Facebook in security and relogged into messenger, Still there. I went into activity log on Facebook and cleared searches, when I went back on messenger and clicked in search the persons icon didn't come up so that worked initially, but then when I clicked on search again, BAM! The icon is there again! I want this persons icon removed PERMANENTLY! PLEASE HELP!

How to clear search history on Facebook messenger?

If you blocked that person, they probably can't see you anymore. Did you block them on Facebook, or only in Facebook Messenger? It will probably go away in time.
