How to change an account without knowing all credential answers?

Husband set up account and doesn't know the answer he put in for all of the security questions for us to open the appleid account and change the password and link it to our other devices.

If you don't know the answer there is very little you can do I'm afraid.

If you've only just set it up go for broke and create a new one

Call Apple Support on the phone.

With proper verification of your account, they should be able to reset it for you.

Apple Support will let you set up new security questions. Can he not answer any of them? Use questions he can remember the answers.
