What do we have to do please, my son has an account that he hasn't used for a long time but you are deducting £10 per month from his account, he cannot cancel this on line as he has no idea what his on line name is, the e-mail address used or password

If you don’t want Apple (not iMore—we have nothing to do with Apple) to deduct money any more for any reason and you can’t seem to figure out how to cancel his account I recommend contacting your bank or credit card company that issued your card.
