My son is a subscriber to Spotify with periodic deductions from his bank account. he is now terminally ill and does not remember either his password or his email address. I need to cancel this subscription as he is no longer using it. how do I do this without any of the above identifications ??

Give Spotify a phone call and explain the situation. Make sure you have your account number handy and/or credit card number. I am sure that only your son can close the account. Make sure he is with you. I am sorry for the health of your son. I lost my husband to cancer, so I somewhat understand.
