How see a progression status of an upload to iCloud on PC ?

Hi,
On Windows 10, how to see the status of an upload currently in progress ? It is annoying to not seeing this...
On Mac it is possible via a status bar, but I don't see it on Windows.

(please avoid windows bashing in your replies - I have an iPhone, use ITunes, iCloud but not Mac for compatibility reason with my work ... - , it will not help here and it is not the question).
