It's probably staring me in the face but I can't see to figure out how much ram my 6s has, anyone?

For the Nth time, no... we don't know yet. Apple doesn't tell us. We have to wait for the device teardown to get absolute confirmation. Rumors across the internet say 2GB, but it's not yet confirmed.
