How much memory should be selected when buying a new iPad air 2

I 16 enough if most items are kept on iCloud?

My rule #1 is always get as much as you can afford.

Rule #2 is 16 GB is no longer big enough

Get the 128 GB if you can. But I wouldn't go below 64.

I have a 32 GB iPad 3 and had to delete a bunch of apps. I have no videos or music on it.

Even using iCloud, it stores versions on your iPad for offline use
