my iphone 4c got deactivated last year and now im trying to find out how much it will cost to reactivate it

Welcome to iMore! What do you mean by deactivated? If it's just locked you can restore through iTunes as long as you know your Apple ID and password. If you're saying that the SIM card was deactivated and you need to reestablish wireless service, the cost is going to depend on the carrier.
