I use 2.5gb+ each month. I think my max was a little over 4.5gb. I have wifi at home and work but I stream music almost daily in my car.

I'm on a shared data plan, and between the two of us, we used 4.5GB data last billing cycle. So I lowered the plan from 10GB to the 6

I have used 2.7gb this billing cycle, and my plan has 4gb. But, 1.3gb of that was from transferring file to icloud. I normally just use about 300MB a month with 3G. Now with LTE it is a little bit more.

I have a grandfathered unlimited data plan and LTE. I typically use around 2.5-4 GB per month.

I usually disable WiFi at coffee shops, since the WiFi networks are slow as molasses compared to LTE.

I'm grandfathered in with unlimited also but rarely go over 2 gig. I'm on wifi at home and at work all day so rarely use just lte. Even though the lte is usually faster than my wifi!

Prior to iPhone 5, on my 4S I used 1.5-2.5GB. With LTE my usage went up another gig or so. This month it's quiet high since I had to do an ipad mini cloud restore over the hotspot and I'm at 5.5 gigs. I have unlimited data, grandfathered in.

My month ended yesterday and I used just under 10gb (9.6). 😨
But I do stream a lot of music and podcasts. Good thing I kept my unlimited data plan.

I have a 6GB plan and highest I've done is about 2.6GB. Mostly on wifi since I don't have good reception at school/work.

I was having the same issue. I learned that why you are on Wi-Fi you should turn your cellular data off. According to an AT&T Rep, your Wi-FI is shut off when you phone is asleep. So if you have apps open then the data will pull from you're cellular data.

There must be a bug in either AT&T or apple software. You still should call and complain, this the only way the companies realize there is a problem.

Wifi reception times out when idle. The second your phone is awaken wifi turns back on overtaking cellular data. Not a bug this saves battery.
