How long is the Watch OS2 download?

I have tried 2 times to download the new Watch OS2. both times iPhone downloads is saying about 4 hrs. Last night I tried. This morning phone was verifying. This went on for 2 hours, still now success.
We have Comcast broadband. Never have had any issues with downloading Apple software.

Mine downloaded and installed in 20 minutes total.

Now that we're past the initial rush, download should go fairly quickly. I installed OS2 late last night and the download only took a few minutes.
