How long does it usually take for a Vimeo video to upload?

I have been stuck on this screen *forever.*

How long does it usually take for the video to upload? I tried logging out and logging back in and I get the same screen.

According to the below Vimeo support link, you may want to upload the video via the mobile site instead of via the app.
