How I can set my mobile phone number as my caller ID?

How i can set my mobile phone number as my caller ID?
I have already set there my gmail address as apple ID, and both my mobile number and apple ID is showing for verification...but at last stage there is only my apple id showing but not my mobile number.

moreover it is showing "waiting for activation".

pls help me by giving your valuable suggestions.

Settings - Phone - Show My Caller ID, and then enable the toggle next to 'Show My Caller ID'
