how does one get the delivery reports to work on I phone 4s OS 7 or the code to be put in the text for Vodafone.

im not sure what you mean- if you are texting someone who has iMessage it should be in blue and will say delivered- if the other person has read receipts on then you will see it read when they open it

There is no setting in messages for delivery reports on the iPhone.

There is only read receipts and the person you are sending the message to must have that turned on.
