It doesn't affect iOS in the slightest. This is not a victory for Steve Jobs. Apple decided to go with html5, they didn't invent it. Its only a victory if it benefits apple more than other companies. It doesn't. This is like vhs taking over betamax. Bluray vs HD dvd. Usb vs ps2. It benefits everyone if its a better technology and becomes the standard.

Lmao ... Yes it is, he knew what was best for these mobile devices and this announcement not only shows but proves he was right all along...

How is having limited access to the web on your mobile better than having full access? Because that's basically what you're saying. There are no disadvantages to having Flash as an option.

Steve truely could sell anything. Even if it was the notion that you don't need options.

Adobe just released their final version of flash today, and it's wonderful. Victory for Steve? I just don't see it.

We wouldn't need flash if everthing were HTML 5. Your statement just isn't true, though.

Ever tried watching a video on ESPN or Newgrounds? There's still a ton of Flash on the web and will be for some time. That's a fact.
