How do you sync iPhone over wifi?

I have see a couple of news report saying you can sync over wifi using 4.3. I know I can stream from my Mac to the iPhone but can I do a full sync without a cord? I can't take a chance with jailbreak since I need the phone for work.

I doubt this, there's now access to homesharing libraries on iOS 4.3 devices. I didn't hear anything about syncing over Wifi and that would have been a huge announcement.

Doesn't look like it's possible... but a simple google search turned up some interesting info. Seems you can't do it without the jailbreak.

That shows how good the local news talk radio guys are. I was surprised to hear it since I didn't see it anywhere else.
