how to see who is calling you?

is there any tweak or something that shows who is calling you?
i mean the name and last name of the person instead of the phone number....
on my samsung galaxy s4 it showed up the persons name and last name instead of the phone number without me even having the person on my contacts

Honestly, I haven't used this app ever. You might give it a shot and see yourself if it serves your needs.

Okey downloaded it now
